Hello - So, I decided to wrap my exhaust the other day (4 into 1) and today when I went to reinstall it I had some trouble getting the header to seat properly. 2 of the header pipes seat easily and I was able to secure everything with the two nuts on the studs from the manifold. Similarly, I was able to maneuver a third pipe into position and secure it tightly. However, no matter how hard I tried, how much adjusting and maneuvering I did I was unable to get the 4th pipe seated in the port correctly with the flange against the manifold. For this 4th pipe, after I tightened down the nuts as much as I could, the flange was still about 1/4" away from the manifold. Is this going to be an issue? Has this ever happened to someone with an aftermarket exhaust? It definitely feels secure but I just don't know if it will affect something else. Let me know your thoughts - thanks.
First two pics show the correctly seated pipes and the third shows the gap in the one pipe that's giving me issues.
