Dammit! Everybody keeps giving me shit for this, including Italian bloggers! Hahaha...has nobody ever propped the kickstand up a little to make the bike more level for photos?? So I used a rock!

aaahhh i thought it was just unlucky stopping on the only rock in the car park!! though once i stopped at the road side , kicked the stand down without looking and was just slightly on a drain grid , as i got off it fell on me as i had one leg in the air and pinned to the deck laughing like an idiot a mate pick my bike up(kr1s)

My XS was shot for a magazine and we propped it up using a rock too. All the best bikes have a rock under the kickstand :D
 
my 120 tire makes my 350 lean pretty far as well.... i use an empty container of mothers polish i keep handy everywhere i stop. better safe than sorry.
 
I see I'm a little late to the party.....I was gonna make sure Ringo and Wingspan are both in the running.

Kinda drawing a blank for other nominations- anybody else have one?

This is a really active forum and the nominations all deserve to be BOM. All the buildups are really great. Props to all the builders!

The Kool-Aid photos used a rock, too, but it was cool in those days! I am saving the rest of my comments for when we lobby for BOTM!
 
wingspans t500 started out as one of the best bikes of the late 60s earily 70s and it was turned in to a work of art i love it
 
Ringo's Gulf was impeccable this month. A lot of great builds from everyone but he would be cheated if we gave it to anyone else.
 
I'm not sure I like the "oops nominate myself" post.

I think those posts should be removed as not to detract from the valid nominations. They are tough enough already.
 
I have to agree with Glenn. While I'm only human, and have an ego that likes to be stroked, it gets a bit much at times. I don't believe at all that my build is better than any here, nor should it warrant any more attention. A simple "at'll do, carry on" is all a guy needs. If you want to be a lobbyist, do it in the appropriate thread.

i want to nominate stick70's cb200 racer, i believe it deserves the attention, it was a very very well done lil scoot.
