for what it's worth...
isadora gets my vote. only 1 thing better than a cafe, is a chick on a cafe!
is a really nice bike, and seeing the smile on her face shows how much she enjoys it. just makes it that much more special in my book.
top work to the owners. i can really appreciate the about of blood, sweat and tears in these projects, and congrats to all for the nominations.
1 thing tyler..... how bout getting your awesome wife to speak to my awesome wife about the benefits of old bikes.
she luvs her cars, but bikes are streching it..... HELP!!
She actually said she will be signing up for DTT today. This is all as a result of this BOTM nomination. She has been checking reglularly to see how her bike is doing, and has kind of gotten hooked. I will make sure she does it. Look for MrsT71Ford to be posting soon!

That is awesome! I hope you and her did not take my critisism wrong, I do love the bike! And yes she is "BUILT NOT BOUGHT", which in my book make any build cool as the back side of your pillow!
Thanks again for the compliments guys.
When I first brought the DS7 home, in an effort to warm my wife up to the idea of having another non-running unregistered vehicle in my posession, I told her I would fix it up for her to learn to ride on. Unfortunately, very early on in the build, we found that she's too short legged for it. Even with two flat tires, the crushed foam on the stock seat, and the shocks on their lowest setting... she still couldn't get more than her toes on the ground.
I reluctantly told her "Don't worry Dear, I'll ride it for you ;D" She just rolled her eyes ;D
So I ended up being able to build it exactly the way I wanted.
The bike is however registered in her name.
I have some more bikini girl pics, but they'll have to wait until I get back home. I'm out of town right now, on the laptop.
Thanks so much for the nomination on Isadora! I could hardly believe it when Tyler told me she had been nominated for BOTM! Of course I'm partial to her because she was built with love specifically for me with all of the specifications I had for her. Thanks for all of the positive feed back, it boosts my "feminine ego" when I'm out riding her knowing that it's gotten the thumbs up from DTT.
Thanks guys... but the TX is not completed yet... still working on the tune, and i will not run for BOTM unless i can do a HUGE burn out video... as of right now the tx is not a fan of smoking out and roasting tires.... once i get it back from a DDT member who is helping me wiht the Tune and finish up a few other little loose ends i have planned for her, i will accept... thank you so much for the nomination... but dont want to run your horse in a race if she limps out of the gates
wow. i was very torn. it was a hard choice to make. i was down to t71ford and whitexk. i really wanted to go for t771ford - especially after posting a pic of your wife riding and enjoying. but in the end i had to go with whitexk. it's just a phenomenal bike. i secretly hope that t71ford (and mrs.t71ford) win but i had to go with whitexk. good luck to you all.

Just a suggestion for the mods of BOTM. It would be a lot easier to cast a vote if there were a pic of each finished bike in the first post along with the build thread. That way you could see each bike "side by side" and not have to go through the entire build thread looking for the bike. By the time I get done looking at the last bike in the build thread I forgot what the first one looked like.
