After seing that the featured marque is Rockers & Mods, I've just got to make it. Coming from Northern Cal, I'll have to fly and rent room and transportation. I'd welcome guidance on all.
Ok. Looks like I'm out for the show, but those of you who we're using my place as a way point to and from are still welcome. There will be beer and food for anyone who wants it.

I just realized that I didn't make clear whether I meant 'bring the drugs and Springsteen' or 'take some drugs and listen to Springsteen', and wanted to clarify that I'm up for whatever.
Its smaller than Barbers, and to be crass... A bit more "low down". Mid Ohio raceway is no high end "Motorsports Park" like Barbers. There are no museums or swarms of $100k vintage sports cars.
That said, I enjoy the hell out of it (for what that's worth ). It feels more organic and homegrown. Less "corporate" maybe? Don't get me wrong, Barbers is amazing and if it were closer I'd never miss it. But for some great, no frills fun Mid Ohio is a must see. Lots of shirtless weirdos on old Honda 50s. Coolers full of cheap beer everywhere (including in most of the vendors tents, where youre likely to get a cold one with your purchase). Dirt parking lots.
Again, Barbers is AMAZING and I highly recommend that everyone check it out. Comparing it to Mid Ohio is like comparing a big family dinner at Ruth's Chris to grilling cheap steaks and drinking PBR in the back yard with your best pals. Both are awesome for their own reasons.
