I was having a discussion this morning with a few of my favorite moto-wizards/miscreants. Hoarding was the topic, otherwise known as "Curating the collection".
I made my list as of this morning. Riders, projects and stuff I should get rid of....

My post mid Ohio unload makes my current list pretty short, but can't say I don't mind it....

1976 BMW r90/6 (daily rider)
2006 Suzuki DR650 (should be a daily rider, but I keep tearing it apart to upgrade it)
1976 Suzuki gt250 (finished project that needs an oil seal fixed, but no time for that atm.... see above)
1975 Yamaha rd350 (long term project)
Weirdo custom framed mini bike (long term project)
200? Buell blast waiting for me in Alabama (project...I hope no one asks why I got a buell blast, because I honestly don't know the answer)

I would rather have an RGV250 but this little girl is so much fun anyway.

Mine is short and fairly consistent.

1972 Yamaha DS7 (runs/rides- still waitin on my lazy ass to replace the crank seals)
1978 Honda CB750K (runs/rides... all the time)
1986 Honda Rebel 250 (runs- waitin on tins)
1987 Suzuki GSXR750 (basketcase- waitin on restomod)

I also have my Bros '78 RD400 in the shop. Restomod started, but taking a while. The longer it stays here, rather than on the road, it'll most likely end up mine again.

I'll throw mine up:
67 CB160, leaky rider, probably should sell to by another oldie
72 DS7 rider but somehow I don't feel like I'm done dumping money into it
79 RD400F in progress OCD resto that is driving me mad
70 CT70, half complete resto sitting in the man cave collecting dust
83 CB550sc hardtail shafty project, I think the frame is about two miles from home.
2015 FJ-09. Made sense to have one that I didn't need to work on.

I've only got one motorbike. A friend of mine has 9, including a raked out XS650 chop and a Yamaharley.

I've got 8 bicycles though, which some folk might consider a little excessive.
