I have that same one in my basement that I was using for cutting foam... I dont think it will be making its way back to the kitchen any time soon...

i'd love to have a clever answer for this, but really it's the product of wanting a counterstrike nick that I didn't have to fight someone for. just stringing syllables together. sorta sounds like bourgeoisie pronounced by a yinzer.

ok.. here's what Ive been up to lately...

Building a bratstyle SR500...

Started off with this:

- Spray bombed the mag wheel by favourite matte black
- 11 inch rear shocks
- slammed the front 2.5 inches
- Clipons
- Custom bobber headlight
- relocated all the wiring from inside the stock bucket to under the tank
- chopped the seat pan and seat foam
- chopped and fender and mounted to the seat pan
- chopped the rear subframe
- Rewired the tractor headlight to be the tail/brake light

Waiting on:
- Battery Eliminator/Lesser kit
- Busa front master cylinder
- Steel braided lines from Z1
- custom signals

??? Why is your headlight mounted to the rear fender? ???

Are you trying to make another backwards driving bike....remember your last failed attempt! It cost the lives of two girl scouts, a flock of geese, and one priest! Not to mention the municipal damages and the HUGE dent in your fragile ego!

You may want to reconcider!

Im also waiting for the new stainless brakelines and MC to arrive so I can remove that front brake hose thats causing that huge loopy thing next to the headlight!!

I aslo have natural colour headder wrap in the back of the jeep that I"ll put on the exhaust sometime this weekend...
 
Nice. I too am a huge SR500 fan. Digging the brat conversion. I think I see a brat style bike in my future.

thanks man... The SR500 is a really cool city bike.
What I really like about the "bratstyle" genre is the fact that it is a mish-mash of things...
At this point in time, there isn't any solid "black & white" definition of what makes a bratstyle bike, like there is for a cafe racer...

Big fan of mish mash. I see no problem in crossing styles and making it your own.
