Pinche bad seller

I bought a pipe from him and he said his camera was broke but there was no damage, It arrived crushed. The packing was fine looks like some knuckehead crushed it in a vice to fit on thier bike. I emailed him and tried to get some partial refund via paypal dispute but no response from seller. Avoid this guy hes a deadbeat

could you honestly sell someone this and not mention it?

Your just pissed cause paypal laughed in your face and decided against your complaint. It's for a CB/CM400 so just toss it on and ride. Their disposable bikes anyways and not worth the metal their made out of.

Quite the opposite. Im pissed because you blatantly lied, which in turn cost me more money than it was worth. I would have offered a lower price or simply passed on it and bought a brand new pipe had you not hidden the crushed condition of the pipe. Especial since i asked for photos and you avoided and assured me that the only damage was from the tach cable. Paypal did not laugh in my face "the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods" so they would not handle it. However im sure anyone asked would agree that what you did was dishonest and simply shitty. I am pissed because you now finally respond. You should have done the right thing. You are a bad seller.

Forgot to add that al the exhaust shims weren't included which set me back another $10 from MAC.

I dont usually chime in on these kinds of disputes, but in this case, I gotta agree with illking on this one..
that was a pretty shitty thing to do..

If the mistake was honest, (not actually seeing the crushed part, cuz mabe it was still on the bike), Id at least try to resolve it...

yeah.. he choose to delete his account but I rejected it... I thought I'd let him feel a little heat from the brotherhood before I approved his request, or at least it open the option for us to ban the user just for the sake of it ;D
