hey wab... that's a sexy ass seat.. (pardon the pun LOL). ass... seat... get it?! LOL.. Mate, quick quessie though.. have you bought it? If so, can you please tell me how the seat upholstery mates to the seat base? there's no button/studs etc... wondering how they get it to look so neat and trim and fitted.. could do with a similar finish on my BSA solo hump race seat for my "Codename: Rasputin" project... studs are nice.. but this clean finish trim is super classy! any light you can shed please? Cheers

Two wheels too many !!! ;) But I finally had to get a replacement for my19 year old Citroen XM Estate - still going strong but petrol and getting a little bit tatty. Had to be another Citroen - this time a Diesel C5 - hope it serves me as well as the XM.

Oily - simples, the cover is fixed with normal upholstery glue. Most auto upholsterers will handle this for a few pounds / dollars. It's also very simple to apply yourself - as long as you have the right shape for the material.
My AJS 7R seat has the whole of the rear hump upholstered - as the originals.

Now how could I forget our most expensive purchase?!? Just too focused on the little stuff, I guess. We bought us a "Swagger Wagon" two months ago, 2011 Sienna XLE. Pretty sweet ride. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but almost all of them.

Ha! You got it, brother. She's a little jaundiced (why she looks orange) and bruised up in the face from coming out so fast. Little girl just shot right out of there!

Hi Oly_Rag, the seat has not arrived yet but when it does I will have a look. I imagine it is glued on as when I asked if I could remove it to spray the hump the guy said I would have to mask it off. :)

Our little guy was Jaundice and had to go in for a few days on the blue light bed, looked like he was in a sci fi film. Congrats on the new addition!

Congrats man! We had to wait 10 days to take ours home 10 years ago, due to meconium aspiration, venitlators, MRI, CT scans the works, but everything worked out in the end. Now I'm heading towards the teenage years.... will definitely be taking more long road trips.

Thanks, guys. Our second had to spend a week in NICU because of meconium aspiration, too. That was 2 years ago. Man, that was scary shit. She was the "healthiest" baby in NICU. Broke my heart to see the other little babies in that unit. This new addition also has to have light therapy (a flat paddle that straps to her back with a band of fabric around her torso). The thing has a big power pack with a fan and a light of its own. Very sci-fi indeed. I dig the blue glow at night! :-D It is funny to see the thick power cord. It looks like it's coming out her butt.

Probably snaps riveted on the inside of the lip.

Whats a seat like that go for?
I paid £185.00. Not bad for gel coated and fully trimmed.Hopefully the quality will be good, fngers crossed. ;)

So, got Wind of a $150 non-titled 1976 RD400 (thanks to member bbillington). Went and picked it up. Two bottom ends, one top end, some random Keihin carbs, complete roller (minus front and rear calipers), a set of DG pipes, two wiring harnesses, and a box full of parts.
