New set of longtubes for the Stepside. The previous set came on the truck and were originally painted steel, but have been rust coated since I bought the truck. They developed a cracked flange about two months ago and I finally scraped the cash together for a new pair. Just in time too as the primary tube exhaust leak was getting so bad that driving it at any RPM over idling was making me want to strangle baby kittens  .

Couldnt find a die anywhere with the size and thread-pitch I needed for my OIF Triumph front axle...
This tool works freakin awesome and cleaned up the threads in 2 mins...

Plus it could well be in British Standard Whitworth threading and not standard metric or SAE. Getting tooling for old brit 'metric' stuff can be frighteningly expensive....

yeah.. thats another freakin nigthmare... This is a universal pitch tool... After, the NOS aluminum lock nut slid on smoother than RedBird's avatar... Worth every paypal penny :)

those are purdy Red... I know the feeling too, I was on a 1200 mile trip from CA to Seattle in my E28 M5, and developed an exhaust leak around mile 400... by the time I was got to Seattle I was in danger of killing a hitchhiker or two.

niiiiice!!!

so hard to find a clean one, especially in ontario!

I used to have one of those. I lost interest in drifting back in 07 though and sold it before it was finished.

Shame, those are cool cars. My mate had a VERY early Corolla - a 1972 model. Tiny thing. He put a K3 engine in it hahaha... we took it around Mt. Panorama a few times and it handled the track nicely.

Latest purchase:

Not a real one, mind you! Just a remote control aircraft. Been wanting to get into this for about 15 years, and I just found out that good kit doesn't cost thousands of dollars a piece anymore. This is gonna be sweeeeet....

Glad to see all that trainer advice you got wasn't totally ignored...LOL! :)

Ha! I had a 73 Corolla that we swapped a 22r with a 20r head and 5spd into. THAT was a fun little car.....more gokart really....

Definitely go-kartish hahaha. I remember 4 of us squeezed in for a run to the shops. There wasn't much room for the groceries on the way back!

Wingspan - The Hell cat will be a project while I learn to fly on the little P-51. Shame that I couldn't find a CA-16 Wirraway, though, as they're pretty much the only Aussie-made WWII fighter that I know of.

It's been many, many years since I've seen bud. What strain is that? Are you from Holland? I can remember the "heads" in high school reading High Times and pulling out the centerfolds of various buds. Hilarious!

P.S I do not condone illicit drug use!

Awesome! An '86 coupe! Too bad you sold it though. They are really fun!

Mine is not really clean though. It has dents and little rust spots. I've so far bondoed those dents and sanded it down. Right now, it is in the shop getting prepared for drift season!
