Less a purchase and more a "Kop is a nut, and this just arrived at my house. These facts are related". Hopefully it fits the hardtail frame. Saves me a huge amout of fabrication work too.

(Note: Ignore the piles of whatever in my dining room. My wifes running a rummage sale to raise money for Autism research and apparently my apartment has become the staging area. Ha...)

Almost all the stuff needed to tidy and finish my new wiring harness, gonna replace all butt connectors with multi-bullet-connectors and all the electrical tape with proper insulators because it's an unholy mess right now.

Nope, I'll never learn...

The only place there ISN'T any rust. I guess that's a bonus!! :p

I keep telling myself it was too good a deal to let it go. (sigh... ) Another "Long Term Project"... until I get fed up and pass it on to some other unsuspecting soul...

:)

Two strokes self fog for storage, no? Hope the engine isn't like the one from Bill's Bone Yard I bought in Salt Lake City. Trans blown, seized up, fixable though. Only $100 so I can't really bitch. That was for the Honda 50.

Been awhile and I've been trying not to post on this thread as much but my whole family was pretty excited about this. I even talked my wife into riding one around the field a little bit ;)

2014 brand new ssr pit bikes. a 110 and a 70. Bought the kids a few helmets as well... They are pretty nice and I can ride a pretty good wheelie on the 110 with me on it but I need more practice. Haha... Overall fun toys. Probably the only bikes I'll ever "uncrate" in my life.

Very cool Drew. Can't believe how clean the inside of that tank is

Ya boys, it seems pretty good. The engine spins over and compression is good. It all appears to be there and in reasonable shape for a rusty, low mileage pile. :-\

;)

There is an F9 for sale locally for $800 that I know CharlieT has been drooling over...I rode my wife's F7 to work today and that frame with twice the motor has gotta be bananas.

Worst. Petcock. Ever. If it rains you can use the vacuum diaphragm as an umbrella.

If it's a runner, that sounds like a pretty decent deal. Mine's likely gonna cost more than that in the end. :)

Haha! An umbrella... ha! Nice. :D

Ya, if I ever get it running it should be a fun little beast. :)
