I hope to retire one day and get one of those. I hear they pay pretty good.

I will likely donate to the National Charity fund the rest of my life, retirement will be the two weeks a year of which one will be driving and the other bitching about where to go for dinner.

Still building all my stuff with hand tools, files, a grinder, and a $99 drill press. Fancy machines are nice though........... 8) 8) 8)

Bike number eight now has a home... lol

Titled and mostly complete for $300. Brand new IgniTech unit sitting under the seat, so that was a nice bonus.

Gonna keep it. Hopefully it doesn't take too much to get running. Mostly it's a bike for the business. Working on some new CX500 offerings with an associate.

Being in the const biz for about 25 years I don't often outsource but felt it best to bring in some pros when needing a couple of large cottonwoods removed from my house. These guys put on a pretty good show yesterday and hopefully will be done today since they are calling for up to a foot of snow starting on Sunday...upper 50's low sixties in the meantime.

$300 sounds like someone got in deep and realized they couldn't do what they thought they could. The ignitech costs half the price of the bike

That is very true, I can help a little. Kamn and CXman can help you a lot to get her going for sure

Thanks, guys. Much appreciated. I owned one before, but never worked on it.
I already checked for sludge in the oil and it's as clean as a whistle. Got the battery on the charger right now and I'll check for spark this weekend. Stator tests all pass (more or less).

How many miles on her? Looks like not many. Agree with kamn, somebody got in too deep

Not entirely sure. I'll have to check the paperwork and/or the gauges. Both are buried in one of the boxes of parts.

Got my Mr. E hammer today: ;D Can't wait to order pen

You should of let me pay the postage. Life is like an empty box of throat lozenges?

Sorry about the mix up there. I actually just realized a bit earlier my shipping error of the complementary hammer! You see, the hammer that was supposed to be shipped is pictured below. I'm sure you can see how someone in a rush wouldn't be able to tell the difference of an empty box, and one with a hammer in it. But have fun with the empty box, I for one love em cause they fit small things so well!
