I remember watching Discovery channel years ago when they first did a feature on Jesse James/West Coast Choppers, and he was showing them around the shop. While showing the different tools he uses, the english wheel in particular, the interviewer asked "What does this do?". James' reply was "It does a really good job of making blood squirt out from under your fingernails" ;D

Picked this up today...

Just picked this up on Saturday after my last car snapped a timing belt on the interstate last Friday.
It's the Impreza 2.5 RS by Subaru. AWD, 5-speed all in a package that has a wheelbase shorter than 100in.

Nice, I've always liked that generation Impreza. Hard to find the blue rally version with the gold rims.

No kidding! It was hard enough to find this one or even this body style in good condition. It'll need a few things here and there, but the engine runs like a top.

I drove a 1994 Impreza wagon for 10 years. Still ran strong but lots of rust.

That is the bane of all Japanese cars. I'm looking forward to many fun filled miles with this car. It's always great to hear from another driver who has had a good experience with the brand.
