OK so I had to figure out a way to get bikes on the table when the ground is covered in snow and I can't wheel them out onto the grass hill and walk them on it. So I got a 2000lb winch and mounted it to the table. It worked perfect to crank the bike on slowly and safely with 2 people. Bike now on table to do the winter maintenance and the Timing Belts as been 4 years. Needs a back tire too but that will be done on the jack.

I used the winch on my wife's Kaw mule to pull the '75 GL1000 out of the shed and up to level pavement. Whatever works is fair!

Yep. I had to get her up there to do the job comfortably and because my wife wants to put new floor on the side of the shop she was sitting. One the table I can move her all around for that. The winch can also be swapped to the trailer for loading too. Going to figure out a bracket for that in spring.

I got that @ princess auto for less than $40 half price sale. A 12V with remote would maybe make it a 1 person job though. especially if you have a chalk for the front wheel which I have for my trailer.

Rebuilding my XS. Unfortunately after it broke on the dyno it sat about 4 years. Now I'm redoing all the things I wasn't 100% happy with. Changing to high pipes, changing the speedo, and adjusting/remaking a few parts that could have been better.

This is a picture of the 250 I have linked in my sig. It's been stuffed in a corner for way too long, and I finally dragegd it back out a couple days ago. The plan is to start back in on it while finishing up another project, so hopefully it will see progress in the near future.

Making progress on the rebuild. Almost done rewiring the bike. New exhaust, new headlights, fixed a couple other things I wanted to do as well.

just did a 10 day trip in western Canada, hit a few of the big parks. Scenery was insane. already planning a return trip in the fall.
