Rod, your attention to detail is staggering. Is that a billet clamp on that fork just to support the front brake line? Where do you get this stuff

I could spend hours (and I think I have!) and still not catch everything you've done. I was going to make a smart-arse comment about aligning the flats on your rod-coupler exhaust nuts. But then I saw they were aligned anyway ;)

Simply staggering.

Treat the leather with a thin bees-wax. They sell it at high end shoe stores and quality work boot shops. Once it impregnates the leather youll be all good.

Will do ;)

Dude, your color scheme is one of my all time favorites man. Can't wait to see you putting down the road on that sucker. Love what you're doing man.....with this one almost wrapped up, you have to be in contemplation of the next project, right? What's it gonna be?!

Great work brother.

Yep another 450 although this one will be light weight, he project will be about weight and HP. The engine will be a stressed member and the frame will have the lower "y" section under the engine removed.
The lower engine casing will have all the mounting holes welded up and then taped so when fitted will be a stressed part of the lower frame.
I have been collecting titanium bolts and nuts for the structural parts and 7000 series alloy bolts for everything else. Engine is to be a CB500T bored out to max and lightened, fuel injection and complete engine management. and and well you get the picture ;)

Okay, It's late and I'm a little bit schnockered, but this really makes me wish we could all get together for a ride.

Yep but you'd get run over :( we drive on the left over here.....

I'm sure you don't need me to tell you this zonda... But that exhaust is so fuckin sick! This is a great build man and it's nice to see it coming together so nicely.

and on that note...where did you locate those decals...I could use a few...
'
They're common to all Honda's from the 70's, I just did a search on Evilbay, cost a couple of $ each.
