Powder coat or polish CB450 Build!

Killer exhaust! Hope you don't burn yourself.

Believe it or not the exhaust is fine, the CB750 exhaust shields are great and when the bike is moving keep cool. I have only burnt myself once on the exhaust and that was my stupid fault ::) they sound FUC*ING awesome and once everything is sorted and running fine I'll post a Vid from the dyno and street..

Hey Rod, I know it's been a while, but did this bike ever get nominated/win bike of the month? I have a vague recollection of it being nominated, but I can no longer rely solely on my brain-cells ;-)

cheers

If you'd like to nominate my scoot that would be great...at the moment the engine is striped and getting even bigger pistons fitted so will be a week or two before current photos 8)

Mate I only just came across this thread... awesome! That is one super sweet lookin' machine there :D

And you're in Brissie? Even better! Means there's a slim chance I may see it in the metal one day ;)

Haven't been to the Story Bridge concours for over 10 years though...

Has this been nominated for BOM before? Certainly deserves it!

Quick edit: Seems I'm blind and missed the posts a couple above about nominating... if it didn't win I'd nominate it again though ;)

Zonda, what rims and tyres are you running on your bike? Love the look and going for semething similar with my build.

Sorry if it's posted in the many pages.

Yep Aspley! We should have a ride some time and talk bikes and shit....The Jinka track, Bunya road and Eatons crossing road are my test ride route!! Have you done anymore to the GS?

Just reading through the thread more and saw the above... I'm just near Hillsy in Keperra (haven't caught up with him yet though) and only just discovered those roads... a real nice test route indeed :D

And Hillsy, I still can't believe I got my 450 finished before you! Haha
