Thats the one. I have a really nice one that will end up on the RD400 that Im picking up eventually. I dont know the condition of the one on the bike. If its salvageable, Ill let ya know.

Ok what color for the engine cases?

Im thinking either a metallic purple or flourescent orange. Honestly, the stock black is pretty, but a nice "cast coat iron" would look the buisness.

I have to agree with Mike, a nice cast coat look would be very fitting. You could always go black, but how many blacked out engines do you see now-a-days.

Ok so I got the oil pump rebuilt. Carbs are on with a new throttle cable. Everything is set. Next up i'll clean the oil tank and fill it with some fresh yamalube. Bleed that sum bitch. Then I need to order some coils. That should be enough to fire the engine.

I don't plan on polishing up shit until this bike runs. If it fires and is blowin blues then im ordering some specII pipes ASAP. I also plan on getting some rear sets too.

Still have to figure out the brakes too.
