The problem with block off plates supposedly, is that the ride then becomes too harsh. After looking at the corroded valve, I realized that no fluid circulates around the adjuster. So, I think it is frozen in the number 2 position. There the forks will remain. For freakin' ever. What I had planned to do and will still do is clean out the forks, replace the seals, and maybe slightly heavier weight fork oil. Anyway, I bought those forks purely for the look of the ADVS valves, cause I think they look tits.
