8am will put you most likely awake/ahead of the game by a couple hours haha. Weather is looking gorgeous for tomorrow. I'll be around the camp site tonight and hopefully we can get an idea of what we'll be doing. We have a bike with a charging issue, so we'll need an outline/idea of where people will be stopping inbetween.
If anyone is interested, since a handful of us will be on vintage bikes, the walmart about ... 10 minutes from the campsite is havin a big nostalgia/vintage hotrod show put on by the local big toyota dealership, so that may be something cool to check out in the morning before hitting the road.
Yeah..... I'm jealous. It has not stopped raining in Ft. Lauderdale since I got here on Tuesday. I've got another 3 weeks of this crap until I get to come home. Kinda bummed I'm gonna miss this one, but I'm really hoping to make Barbers this year, so I might see most of you then. Ride safe and have one for me.
Members of DTT I did not get picture of by themselfs. Top row, the 3 to the right ChimeraMW, Mr. E and the man that brought the crew together Flugtechnik

We were having a great time with the guys but the wife and I had to leave. I'm sure their still having a good or better time by now.
Had a lot of fun guys, glad I got to see a few from last year and shake some new hands. Last night was fun out by the campfire that Flug got going, my coke and shine mix drink was a bit stout. We even roasted marshmellows and I think Johns girlfriend? Made me a kick ass old fashioned smore! Looking forward to hopefully making barbers this year.
What can I say. Another great GTG. I don't have any good stories of the ride this time since I didn't get to go but I had as much fun as I could in my civic. Just hanging out with everyone made it worth the trip.
Somehow nobody broke down this time or ran out of gas which made it uneventful but enjoyable.
I hope everyone riding makes it home ok and the others maintain their ball weight.
Nice pics! Glad things went well - was just looking on Killboy for some pics but nothing from Saturday is up yet. Going to check some of the other photog sites.
Yes indeed, a great time was had. The riding was intense. Of course it was lead by Josh on his new(ish) BMW K1200S. Confident rider + good knowledge of the roads = he went FAST. Everything through the Dragon was as you would expect but when we hit some other twisties with posted speed limits of 55MPH and the Cherohala shit got quick. I was on the lowest displacement bike by more then half so I was winding that little pea shooter out in an attempt to keep up. It was a lot of fun. I did have bird impact at one point. Poor little guy probably never knew what hit him. I'll post some photos in a bit.
