what did you use to hold the shims in place?acm177 said:When I put my slotted 175 cam sprocket on my 200 cam core I had to use a .004" shim strip around the ID of the sprocket to make up the slop.
I had cut up an old feeler gauge set for the shims... Perhaps that may work.

.040" that is so much easier! Thanks!xb33bsa said:what is the difference in diameter ?
put your digital caliper to the register on the cam ,push zero set, then measure sprocket id,the digitals will tell you the difference in size, in mm and inches, they do the math for you

Texasstar said:fit is good they are pliable when new. We have used them on lucky, charis, and Victoria . They will fit 18mm and 20mm Keihin carbs and the baby hawk 160 22mm carbs. There are also other air boxes on smaller Hondas you can find. Teazer turned us on to these and the first airbox we grabbed of the top of the bathroom at our motorcycle bone yard was a 750 airbox. They also did really well on the Dyno and you can fit foam filters over them. This pix is from my wife's cb200 you can also paint them with plastic paint.

we got some Uni's and cut off the end and slide them over the stack.1sttimer said:What foam filters did you find that fit? I was looking at these but certainly there's something better out there.
