What do your shops look like?

Looks like a bunch of us are using these stools in our shops. We got ours on clearance for $35 each about 7 years ago. Used them in the house for a while. They're perfect for the workbench.

this is the T&M table (time and money table) both of which im short on) ill get to them eventually atleast one of them ,ive got to finish that 79 sometime this year ( I hope) ;D

What's the grate on your stainless steel bench for? Is it being used? I had something similar at my last job, it circulated and filtered warm parts cleaner..

I usually just use it as a oil drain for my purposes ,(drains directly into a bucket underneath)but this was originally some sort of prep table in a restaurant.

It would have been for large coffee and tea machines in a hotel kitchen.

Pretty full, at the moment:::::

Believe it or not, there is a CB750 behind that truck on the ramps...............

I'm enjoying looking at all the garages here. Ill have to get a shot of mine up soon. Its a disaster and a half right now. But that's what I get for working on it/in it at the same time

Here is what I have to work with...I share a shop with my Dad and Brother...but a Garage has been talked about in the near future.
First pic is from the outside looking in, and the second pic the inside looking out. This is the shop last summer...it has more shit in it currently...

dam!! nice Classic Bronco!! I've always had a hard on for these old girls!! trade ya my 550 for her??? HAHAHAHHA

I see a few of you guys, like myself don't use tool boxes. I've never been able to justify one and honestly like to have all my tools where they can be seen. Most of my commonly used tools hang out on top of a three tier cart so they can move around with me.

Anyone care to share creative ideas for hanging your tools?

LOL.. I'm to cheap to buy a legit tool box! So I hang my wrenches.. hahaha
minda that top photo is old.. My garage is a lot cleaner now.. HAHAHHAA But note the wrenches on the left. I hang from the rafters.

I've got one big HF box. It houses things like: channel locks, a drawer for TIG welding supplies, a drawer for specialty cycle tools like valve guide removers, oil pump sockets, BMW exhaust spanners, etc., the top long drawer is for TIG electrodes, then there's a crescent wrench drawer, and on and on. The everyday tools like wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. are hanging on peg board in plain view. I'm still learning the new shop with it's multitude of cabinetry. The huge roll around box I got at a tent sale for less than $300. Over half off. I like it a lot. I also have a Matco tool cart with a single drawer and a flip top lid on it that's great for moving from bike to bike to keep the standard tools in. It was a $25 CL find. Good stuff.

My garage would be a wreck without storage for all the tools I have... Thanks to Sonrier on here for some of the awesome decals!...

For some of my more frequently used items I use the top tray from an old tool box to move around with me with common items in it and for the bench I just used a silver colored coat hanger and hand bent my own hooks to hang wrenches and stuff... Pretty much free, who doesn't have like a billion wire hangers laying around? 8)

I suppose I could have cleaned up and take some good pics, but it's workspace, so fuck it!
In this 2 car garage, everything is setup for (beyond normal household repair tasks):

-Building shitty motorcycles
-Keeping Jeeps from catching on fire
-Building custom furniture
-Restoring/repairing vintage stereo gear (the console you see there is a 1964 Fisher 49, nearly completed and gorgeous)
-Fab'ing/building high-quality custom tattoo machines and power supplies.

...and an added bonus, hanging there is the first tool kit my dad gave me round-abouts 1987
Just lost my pop and remember my first tools....... Put a tear in my beer! :'(

No but Im always watching for one, I will own one some day!

I had a 64 dream I just sold off due to the growing number of projects and that was the least fav of them... I am looking for one as well. Hopefully you're not near me or we may be fighting over the same bike in the future ;D ... Good luck! Post pics if/when you get it. In would love to see it... I had a pic of a cafe'd that looked amazing. Let me see if I can find it.

Actually not a cl77 like I originally remembered/thought it was but it has the same pipes and could look identical if done up right.

i won't show you guys my entire garage, because it's more than a little embarrassing in it's current state... i'm in the middle of several large wood-working projects, one of which is cabinets for the garage. So needless to say, the garage is currently a wreck.

I will show you this though.... I had a sheet of MDO (kind of half-way between MDF and plywood. It's waterproof, and has very little tear out which makes it perfect for outdoor signage). So i got out the jigsaw and made some art for the shop.

The "Hm" will be mounted to the larger piece using some 1 inch spacers, and a small light behind it to create a glow around it. The entire thing will be mounted to the wall using more 1 inch spacers and more light bulbs behind it. The piece is about 4 feet tall, by almost 3 feet wide.
