where did you get your handle from?

Well its a long story but I'll give you the short version. My family blood line goes back to the first Honda motorcycle raced in the USA. We were also one of the first Honda Cycle dealers in the country and since then we sold, repaired, raced and rode Hondas. Everyone in my family is a die hard Honda motorcycle fan, each owning at least 1 in addition to a second bike of some kind in the garage at all times. The family was often labeled as having a chronic disease called Multiple Bike Syndrome - MBS. Currently I have 5 motorcycles, 4 of them Hondas.

mine is the first user name i started with when i registered on a microtech knife forum, and i have used it ever since, auto as in automatic knives and guy because i am a guy ;D

Meanjay was my nickname in college because I was a prick when it came to working on class projects. Anyone want to build a bike with me.

If I may steal Herr Deacon's points, that would be Grumpy Old Men. An old friend of mine and I used to use that all the time. And speaking of Herr Deacon... my VW is called Herr Pie. ;D

and for the record, it's putz with a "z" ;)
 
The first CB450 was known as the Black Bomber, and the CB500T was the end of the line for that engine, and most of them were brown with a brown seat.

I was kind of a late bloomer in high school (5'2" 135lbs till I was a junior). During football season, the only socks they gave us for workout/practice were the knee high socks in either purple or white. One of my coaches said "You look like a little gnome in those socks" one day after practice, and of course, it stuck. Since then all my friends call me gnome (though not as much since I went to college and everyone started calling me by my first name). Somewhere along that line, the name "gnomer" came about and I use it on all my accounts that gnome is taken. The number 43 was my football number in high school so... there ya' go!

the funny thing is you are in a 12 step program the difference is we are trying to get you addicted to something and
we drink less coffee I know this may not be true in Canada Tim Horton's is welll populated with our members I think we out number the fuzz at a few locations maybe you guys should get sirens and start responding to emergency calls.
 
I LOVE NBA JAM!!!! I remember when I had a gameshark on Sega Genesis and we could dunk on fire from the other end of the court... it was awesome!!!
