Hey guys, not sure if this will take off or not, but lets see what you have traded for lately. Traded up or down or straight across, it doesn't matter. After all bartering is a part of most of our daily lives as vintage motorcycle buffs.

But for real, my favorite/best trade was a CB550 I picked up for $100 then traded for a Dnepr with sidecar. I later sold the Dnepr for $1400 and attached the sidecar to an XS650 I got for $100.

I said it before ill say it again....got 3 bikes for about $170 sold a $200 seat and other +$100 parts probably made $700-800 then traded the rest of the bikes for this matco toolbox

And in my earlier trade days i got a free Vintage Burton Alpine Snowboard can barely be seen in the back of the 1st picture......Traded that for a kriedler moped....traded that for a GS750 then traded that for a 300ex then traded that for a KLR650

Not yet but these guys are weird intially the snap on box guy wasnt interested then 2 weeks later he emails asking if im still interested ...i called an left a message maybe he will maybe he wont but until then im trying to get a trailer....because earlier this year i traded a 97 volvo for a 2001 sierra step side

Still driving this 99 forester i traded a kz750 for that intially a guy drove it up from Ct to Ma to trade for my snowblower....one day the volvo fuel pump went and i didnt have $30 for a junk yard one so i sent hundreds of emails and the next day middle of winter i had traded a kz750 for a forester that i drove home ....

I traded a shitty Citizen watch my ex gave me for a complete, wiring, injectors, the works, 2005 GSX-R600 engine. Told her when she gave it to me that I'd never wear it, that I'm quite partial to my Breitling. Ended up working out for the best. Got rid of her and the watch. Came out ahead on both deals.
