:) I'll have mine running soon enough too - the headers aren't on the critical path - just something I want to get done at some point. I'd rather spend $$$ on nice stainless custom headers than another set of chrome ones.

Looks like stock XS650 headers are 1.5" O.D. tubing.

That paint work is insane! Well done. I'm interested to see how the pipes turn out. At first pass, the bend diameter looks really big, but it could just be the pics. Should be cool nonetheless.

Unfortunately it is a big bend but it will have to work. Ill make it work.

Hahaha thanks Joe, it is a disk up front but flipped it to the other side to be different. There I go again givin away all my secrets.. haha.

And my buddy came through with a fucken bomb of a seat. Made with dense foam and snowmobile vinyl so it will stand up to the elements.

I can't handle it anymore! Get those damn tins on there!!!!! :D Looks freaking amazing. I think the rear tire is a bit beefy for my tastes, maybe a skinnier ribbed firstone, but I can dig it.
