FZR600 fighter

ok... so i just performed my first oil change since i built this fighter. few things. first oil change (when i built the bike) i got a filter with the bike so i used that and Castrol GTX 20W50 synthetic blend.... it was ok but i got alot of clutch slipage, it did however keep the bike cool and run smooth

this round i went with a wix filter (they had a fram as well but i did not want that sucker to be bright orange on a all black motor ) and for fluids i used Vavoline high milage 20W50 synthetic blend (got it on sale for $2 a qt so figured why not)
I have to say... i got about 85 miles on the bike since i did it last night and i never had oil make such a differance in how a clutch locks up! my slip is almost completely gone, it is unreal! needless to say i am very pleased... took me about 30 min to get the old filter off, i must have man handed it when i put it on. even my filter wrenches would not get it off... had to pound a screw driver though it and slowly work it off... sucked, but got it done

changed the oil in 6 bikes in under 2 hours last night, i would say that is pretty good!

on tonights agenda... i got a brake/turn/tail light plug and play module so that my tail lights will now be my turn signals so i am going to put that in there... i also grabbed the mill and made a mount block for the damper to mount the damper to the frame, Swagger already made me a sick fork mount so all i have to do is coat that sucker (sean is doing it in the nex hour actualy) and i will be able to install the damper on the bike. Then i will put the new gear in the bike tonight so it has more UMPH! i wnated to wait till the wife was comfortable on it till i boosted up the take off and accel. well she is and now is asking for the gear to "kick my ass" off the line! ha ha ha

stoked man, this sucker is a blast! i ride it alot more than i ever thought i would!

SOLD! got to do a few odds and ends to it this fri, but the new owner comes to get her Saturday afternoon! was a great scoot and he just fell in love!
