Yeah I agree.......
Any comments on being able to run this setup? I could google for more bikes like that but I'm sure you've all seen them before. I noticed CrazyPJ had actually commented in a few of the threads.
Thanks for your replies guys. After my initial post I found a thread explaining why Ebay pods suck worse than Uni/K&Ns so I definitely won't be trying to use them.
The fork brace just isn't on yet....don't worry I won't ride without it.
I'm not looking for max performance from this bike as...
Hi,
I am ready to start my bike up after doing a partial rebuild on the motor this winter and want to make sure I have everything ready to go. It had a blown head gasket and weak compression so I had the cylinders honed and got new rings. The top end looked fine with no pitting on the rockers...
Thanks,
I'm learning this as I go so I googled how a 5 pin relay works. It makes sense but I can't figure out one thing.
I put the coil circuit through the two leads that act as the switch on the relay, and then wire the kill-switch through the other two leads to ground.
But where does the...
I'm rebuilding my CB360 and would like to toss the stock wiring harness to simplify everything.
I bought this kill switch from DCC and it looks like its a "push to close" type kill switch. So the circuit is closed only when I push the button, otherwise it springs open and breaks the circuit...
Maybe I'm overthinking this, but I feel like the service manual might be leaving something out.
I'm rebuilding my CB360 motor and it says to put the generator at "LT" and then line up the cam sprocket with the head and put the timing chain on. It doesn't say anything about cam lobe...
Hey guys,
Seems like a fairly common question, but I had a tough time finding any answer.
I'll be painting my CB360 frame in my garage and was told that Eastwood Chassis Black is a good paint to use.
Since I can only find it online I'd like to avoid multiple orders and just get everything at...
So a new issue/development in my winter painting.
I painted the jugs this weekend but got the paint TOO hot in a bucket of water. It came out like a dry dust.
I used Duplicolor engine enamel which says I can recoat again after 7 days. Some of it stuck but a lot of the paint can be brushed...
I'm prepping my cb360 frame for paint and noticed a dent along the bottom of the frame evenly on both sides. No cracks but there is a small dent in each tube and the paint chipped so a lil surface rust.
I got a lil carried away with my flapper wheel while removing the rust and flattened out...
Thanks guys,
I think I'm gonna do the plastic booth and just use my garage door track as a frame for the plastic to hang from. I've got two big spaceheaters to run inside there also. The biggest thing I need to paint is the bottom end of the motor so hopefully I don't blow myself up.
Hey Guys,
Quick question about spray painting in the winter. It's getting colder here and my garage is now in the 30-40 degrees range. I want to paint my motor while I'm rebuilding it and have it all taken apart.
If I keep the engine parts inside along with the paint cans before painting...
