The bike starts with the closed choked, but won't hold an idle. So the choke is closed, I start her up, and then to keep the idle i have to open the choke a little bit. It does run with a fully open choke though, it's just so damn loud and high RPMing.

Bought a new carb body and the screw deteriorated when I was trying to rebuild the carb. Its weak enough where i think i can use a drill bit to break it out but I dont want to mess anything up. Any suggestions?

I've had neighbors give me shit about how loud my bike is, and I want to quiet my empty megaphone mufflers. The attention from the cops isn't that fun also.
