    DTT - Houston Area

Southwest Houston (Meyerland) here. Am considering a rebuild to make the engine shiny. Any help at my place would be welcome. I would be up for a meet-up, but it would be on my Hardley, as the vintages are in various states of disrepair.

"Do the Ton" rear sets - Lets do them cheap - No takers???

This is why I am on both forums..... I am only looking for rearsets, I plan on welding a plate (possibly flame shapes) to the frame for them.

    1980 CB750k Brake Caliper Piston

This is not for my cafe project (not started yet), but for my daily driver. I am in need of a piston for the front brake caliper on my 1980 CB750k and cannot find one. The dealers can no longer order them and the other companies out there have the wrong size. If you have a caliper, or know...

"Do the Ton" rear sets - Lets do them cheap - No takers???

I would say count me in, though I would not need brackets as I plan to weld a plate (possibly flame-shaped) to my frame after I remove the passenger peg stays.

Picture Request - CB750 Rearset Bracket Welded on

I am planning on cutting off the passenger peg stays and weld a plate onto the frame (I was thinking flame-shaped) on my 1970 CB750 cafe build. Show me pictures of your welded-on rearset mounts please.

    1980 CB750K Exhaust - 4 into 4

My daily driver is a little mouthy and I need to quiet her down. She is a 1980 CB750k and the Kerker she is wearing is sweet sounding, but loud and I would like to switch back to 4 into 4. If you have a set or if you know of a set please let me know. If a swap is in order for the Kerker then the...

    WTT: 1978 CB750 4 into 4 pipes/exhaust...

If the last one does not work out.... I am not sure if they are compatible but I have a 1980 (I know they work from 79 to 82) CB750k with a Kerker 4 into 1. They sound fantastic, but I would prefer the stock 4 into 4 on this bike.

    CB750 Cafe Project

I have my 1970 torn to bits and will start ordering the parts I will need, but I have a few questions. I would like to lower the bike, but I don't want the exhaust to get too badly banged up, what is the shortest rear shocks you have seen used? If I remember Carpy replied to an email and said...

    Clubman Bars and the CB750

Ok, I have searched the forum, but did not find what I need to know. What size bars do I need for a CB750? How do you run the wires inside them?

BCR's Customer Bike: Dante D's GB400 "tanning mahine"

Wow, you are pretty much assured a sunburn on the bottom of your chin and cromagnon unibrow if you don't slather on the SPF 1000. That is a sweet ride! That is the kind of exhaust I was imagining for my CB750, although I was not quite sure what I wanted until now.... Where do I put my order in?

    CB750 Rear Tire Hugger

I am planning on chopping the frame aft of the shock mounts and possibly getting a Benjy's seat (possibly both, but time and the wife will tell). My question is has anyone tried to retrofit an crotch rocket hugger or made one themselves? I will be relocating the electronics and either making a...

    How much can I ask?

Hey, I just saw this one, what kind of tank is that? I was looking for a way to ditch the oil tank on my CB750 and that looks like the ticket.

    Project Checkbook; Chris' Small Project

Don't ask me to pronounce it, or even try to spell it properly, but this is what I got off the internet. Szepasszonyvolgy Yeah, that's what I said too. This place is in Eger and is amazing. Great build. When I try to describe what I want my CB750 to look like I bring up a picture of your other...

    Project Checkbook; Chris' Small Project

Not that great of a beer, but one thing Hungary does very well is wine. I recommend The Valley of Sexy Naked Ladies (see note 1) next time you go. Hungary does have some great German beers though. Do you speak Hungarian? The wife is forcing me to learn, I told her I would have more luck winning...

Crap! Too bad you are not in Houston, Texas! I have a 1970 CB750 with a 74/75 engine, I would prefer to have the correct numbers even though I will be hacking some things off and welding some things on....
