dont get any gas on that rattle can paint it will come off straight away, you may find out you have wasted your time spraying it that way

are you talking about the front wheel ,if so you take it off the forks the axle as a whole at each end ,one side you can put your wrench on it and the other side as a whole at the end of the axle put a screwdriver shaft throught it and hold onto the screwdriver and turn the your wrench

check the timming or the pionts could be durty

sounds like the clutch is still not adjusted maybe sticking

make sure you dont have an air leak from the carbs to the motor around the rubber ring

it sounds like your timimng is way off,it needs to be right on the money
