1976 Honda cj 360

Well been super busy working a bunch and son in basketball but I found time and a little extra cash for a tire changer. Got it together and I think there are a few mods to make it better. Check it out

I'm just now finding this thread and following along.
I bought this exact same bike last year to fix and flip. It needs a repaint, tank has some small dings but otherwise is a good bike, mostly stock. I cut the annoying turn signal / horn feature though. Tank needed a major cleaning and after doing that, replacing the fuel lines, cleaning the carbs, rebuilding, etc. it ran great. But still had too much sediment in the tank and clogged a main jet. I have to pull them and clean them again. Sigh.
Otherwise, this bike is ready to sell in Cincinnati.

Bought some red tool dip for added grip and to protect the rim from scratches

You should start your own thread so that we can talk specifically about your bike there and not in Chris' thread.

EspressoForYou, please get your own build thread going. I'm removing your posts from this one.

Thanks.

I just removed the last image. Sorry man, just excited about my new project and love what Chris did with his bike. Sonreir, I believe one of Chris' post mentioned that your can make decals for the bike. Is that correct. Thanks

Hey bud. I have been working a bunch and went to Florida last weekend. I haven't touched the bike since my last post. Still haven't finished putting tires on. I ordered carb parts for the kz1000 cause I'm not gonna have this 360 done by riding season.

Chris

So got to finishing the rear tire this morn and what did I do, I poked a hole in the brand new tube. Damn it! So I popped the top bead and put the old tube back ing and poked a hole in it also! I had zero trouble with the front and now I've wrecked 2 tubes

Chris

Finally I got the last tire and tube on. Now I can mount them and have a rolling bike. As soon as the weather breaks and work slows down I hope to make some progress on this bike. It will be nice to get it off the jack and have it rolling!

Chris

All right guys. Got the tires balanced and now she Is rolling!
