Finally, got my Best freind Greg to stay over a couple nights to fix my crap assed welds. Dude works for beer and crappy conversation. I sandblasted the pipes and kick starter.

We heated and formed the kick starter to snake around pipe really nice.

It even clears the rear set toe!!!

Solved exhaust leaks w this cheap clamp. tightened and rotated it around the muffler until I got a real nice crimp. Need to order Mydlyfs cheap but nice heavy duty stainless clamps for finish.

epoxied and reassembled and installed the kick starter. Pipes all done but the finishing...heat shields and clamps, They fit so tight I had to tap em together w the rubber mallet. I could ride this thing if the weather warms up a bit.

I think I went and accidentally got this bike "finished" and by finished I mean done.

Maybe rehash rear set location and rear brake function. But, this bike is done. Im kind of in shock right now. Been 2 1/2 years on her.
