Two bolts for the back.
One bolt on bottom left with spacer.
One bolt on bottom right.
One bolt through cam-cover to a bracket with two bolts through the frame.
So I'm guessing the bolt lengths or diameters were wrong?
I feel like I should mention that putting the bolts and the spacer through the bottom are a bastard and a half. Often, you've gotta wedge something soft between the left frame lower and the engine and pry them apart for the spacer to fit.
Oh, and what is that tank from? Never seen it on a CB350.

BarnBurner said:+1 on this. When I was working on my CL350, the first time I removed the sprocket/clutch cover that dam little ball rolled out unbeknownst to me. I had the same problem as you upon reassembly but thankfully found the bearing, reinstalled it, and all was well.
