my ghetto ass winter redo 72' CL450

Re: my ghetto ass winter redo 73' CL450

JRK : the body guy doing the work knows his shit, he builds everything from car fenders to chopper tanks and he showed me when the fiberglass wasnt equal on both sides and that there is only so much adding and subtracting you can do. but i trust he will do his best, so this is why im working on a back up plan. i just dont if i should do just white square panels.

im not dead....
i do wanna kill my friend/body guy because im still waiting. good news is i block sanded the seat and gave it back to him to spray. In the mean time i got bored and did some things ive been pushing off.

whipped this together

no comment on the fuel lines and filter? its ok if its negative, i can take it, besides it only really matters if i like it.

ha ha ha ha no man they look good... looks like a pretty wicked bend to the front of the filter... but if it is flowing that is all that matters

Very nice! I can't wait to see the "good" pics.

I guess you did end up having a bit of a tire clearance issue judging by the black marks on your exhaust wrap. Maybe there is some way to make your shocks bottom out before the tire hits.

The black marks on the exhaust are from the old shocks, I installed taller new ones and have never bad a problem yet.
