Hehe the story is:I was riding my bicycle down to a (icy) wharf to check up on my fishingrod to see if there was any catch, the speed was a little miscalculated (no handrail)=swim!

Happy new year! :-*
Well, duty calls (Jr) and my garagetime for the rest of the year will be limited.
Cant quite make up my mind with the fender setup ???
(and i managed to fuck up my frame as well :'(
I made the rearfender 2" wider and made the brackets and mounted up the original carbs, lifted the the rear of the tank 1".
Havent got any pic`s of the progress, but i will post them up in a while.
Gotta get the maximum qualitytime with my son the next 48 hours .
Keep on wrenching into the new year folks.
And let it be a happy one to you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its game over for 2013 in the garage and interweb for now.
Cheers Jorgen
Had some progress here, but no pics this moment!
I have been doing about 10 rearfenders and i an pretty happy with the last one.
The old carbs are cleaned and mounted, the tank has been rised 1,5" in the back.
Havent got the spirit to do much when awaiting out ups for some vital bits of both ;D and further progress!
Got my selves a xr650r to play in the snow with that allso need sudden tlc to chase raindeers....lol.
Will post up my tiny progress this afternoon!
Cheers J
Here is a pic of the Final rearfender, just enough to mount taillight and licenceplate.
And a 1966 honda Benly 125 wich allso is a time thief at the moment to help out the old man getting his first bike on the road again.
Nothing huge done in between other projects of other kind.
But heres the final fender......(i think) or maybe thisone allso have to taste the hammer as the eight previous....
And i had to make another seat.....
Not much progress to day!
The one thing i got done was to cut up the stock plasticfender, remove the paint on it and using a soldering iron and aluminum mesh net to strenghten the new shape of it when melted into the plastic!
Need a pic?
FYI, with very little extra work, that CA92 could be transformed into a CB92. Just sayin'......... Make it into Honda's own Cafe racer of the time. Not necessarily a copy, but say 18" wheels off a CB160 and different tank seat and bars and it could be a neat little street fun bike - of course that may not be what you father wants, but.....
