It's a Turbo!
Good score... I'd upgrade my little toaster to that any day. Might keep me from cooking parts in the kitchen oven.I got this kickass old school toaster oven for curing powder coat. My last toaster oven shit the bed, this one is larger and quite frankly in too nice of condition for this type of torture, but putting it on a counter is silly given how freaking huge it is.
Im pretty sure thats the same tank that i have on my xr400. I know mine is stamped "clarke xr250/xr400"Picked up a nice old Clarke tank for the XR250R. Less than half the price of new so I’m satisfied. Adds a bit of range while in the woods and looks cool.

If it is the same tank, you'll likely only have to fuel up once a season
Sold my CB450 and got this in partial trade.
I can on most of my bikes, except the xr400. The gas filler cap on that is almost level with the bars.Great score! Instead of extending the door upwards could you just loosen the handlebar bolts and rotate the bars down to fit them in?
Good get.
I would just make the top cap separate and put a big piano hinge on the front and some gas struts.
That way you can just lift the top up to load and unload without having to crawl around.
Man that hinged roof would be cool, but I don't think I'll go that deep into it. The more I look at it, I think I'll just make the opening bigger and fill the space with a removable panel, that way I don't even have to re do the door.
It aint done yetBut where's your hack it up then scrap it spirit!?
I for one am disappointed.
