Re: Lazarus - 1975 Cl360 -(battery not charging. again.)
Should've know you'd be the one to answer that one ;) , PJ you are the man. Thanks for helping everyone out all the time like you do. BTW, my jetting is getting very close, need to drill those primary chokes again though,
Re: Lazarus - 1975 Cl360 -(battery not charging. again.)
What about resistance, I know the manual doesn't give specs but maybe someone has a ohm range for a good stator they can post? Also, Anyone know if you can test for AC output at the stator wires and a range?
Re: 1975 CL360 Cafe project (updated with jetting info)
I moved the clip up to the top position on the needle, that made it better but still not perfect. Next I will drill the hole in the "hood" on the primary choke to .079" and see how that does. I don't want to have to go to 145 mains...

After riding about 50 miles today I can say it runs pretty good overall. I need to make a stronger linkage for the rear brake (5/16...
Any chance you guys could PM me or post the section on valve adjusting and the cam chain adjutment (if there's anything else in there about it). At the point in Sonny's pic ALL my tappets have zero free play, when I adjusted them before I did not set the timing marks, I just found the spot where...
ok thanks guys, I'm looking forward to when it stops raining so I can run it around for more then 5 minutes. So to set the tensioner do I just loosen then tighten the lock nut or do I need to do something else too?
