Not that it makes a blind bit of difference to anything at all but I like the high pipes too. Bike's looking great Irk, how did you make the pattern on the heat shields?

Yeah, I was going to say that I like the high pipes better as well, but nobody cares what I think anyway.

I liked the high, but equally like the low. To bad you can't just swap back and forth depending on mood or need.

Thanks, y'all. Yeah, I liked the look of the high pipes, but they limit foot and leg space because of the way they come out of the cylinders and the the shape of the engine. I get way more person space with low pipes. I did route the front of the low pipes to give ground clearance well above the oil sump. Eventually, I'll fab a skid plate to cover the bottom end.

The pattern on the heat shields is done with a saline etch.
