Got some little things done tonight, and got a lot of small things done last saturday.

On saturday I sorted out the rearset mounts, cut and finished the gear linkage, some other small things and did a lot of measurments for making some new parts.

Made two new parts tonight, the seatpan and the extension/conversion mount for the rear shock.

The seatpan will get 1 1/4" foam on top, be completely dressed in leather with tuck-and-roll on top :) I'm also planning to use orange thread and orange piping ( since the color of the gastank and upper frame tube will be an orange color)

I had to make an extension and conversion for the rear shock mount. To get the right hight on the bike, also the right movement for the rear swingarm linkage, I made an 3" extension. This also twists/converts the holes 90 degrees to fit the frame and shock together. Tried fitting it, and it was the perfect length :)

Next on the list is more fabrication of parts. Mounts for the rear brake master, mount for the rear brakefluid reservoir, extension to get the headlight a bit higher and a mount for the ignition. Unfortunately I will be abroad for a week from Sunday, so there will nothing done for two weeks :-/

Until next time!!

Hi again!

Been travelling a lot with my work lately, so few new things have gotten done...

But today I got some new small things done. Done a lot of new measurments for the last small pieces to be welded to the frame. When they are done and welded the only thing left on the frame is to clean in up... Then get it blasted and powder coated :)

Still strugling to find the right muffler/s... Think I will buy two shorties mabye, and have decided that the exhaust will go down and under the engine.

Today I cleaned the tp triple of its original mounts, made a bracket for my instrument and fitted it :-D Bought myself a Motogagdet Motoscope Tiny, think it will be a perfect size!

The plan for this christmas is to weld up the ladt bits on the frame and clean it up. Also was planning to sew the seatcower and get the seat finished. It will be sewed with tuck-n-roll where you sit, plain leather on the rest, orange piping and orange thread :)

Well, if you find another one let me know, eh? I have a seat to cover as well. Lol.

Nice Progress Mr.
Your singer,is it pedal-powered?
Nice Motogadget that is,where did u buy it,and was it pricey?
Cheers Jorgen!

Thanks!

No, you have to manually crank it with your arm...

Bought the instrument in Germany, paid 200€ for it. Think it costs about 2500kr here.

Then i got one my selves of those sewingmachines that is.
Didn`t know they managed such a task. Great job by the way.
I think i will use a cyclecomputer on mine.
Keep up the great work! 8)
