Thanks for checking out my build fellas! I am stoked to have the engine build all buttoned up. Now I just need to get it on the dyno and get it 100% dialed in.
This bike is awesome, I live how clean your work is.
I am trying to get the customer I am building a bike for to buy the MotogpWerks for the 550, If it sounds 1/10 of what this bike does I will make him get it.
I am sure tweakin will agree with me but AVOID motogp werkes at all costs. Shitty service, shitty fitment, and threats if you don't like his pipes. Not only that but you have to remove the pipes to change the oil filter.
Here is the teaser pic that FunJimmy sent to me and BrandEn of the custom rear set brackets and heel guards he is machining for us. They are so nice! Thanks Jim! The pegs and linkage/ arms are made by Durgam_K and FunJimmy was nice enough to fab up the hangers and guards to fit the F2's ;D We are using a new brembo master set up and will anodize everything black.
Now I can go to some clip ons and new hand controls with a quick spin throttle.
I was able to mock up the rear sets from Durgam_K and brackets FunJimmy made up for brandEn and myself, Thanks guys! Still have a bit of sorting to do on the brake side before they are coated but I am stoked! It is great to have rearsets on a F.
Know just waiting on the extrs arms from Durgam_K to finish up the brake side, I highly recommend Durgam_K's rearsets, top notch. Thanks for working with us on this.
Since I now have rearsets I can also go to clip ons. I picked up some Vortex clip ons, MSR clutch perch and new front brake master. Shaved my top tree and had it powdercoated. I also added new updated hand controls and a Venhill Universal 888 Quick Action Throttle kit.
Last summer was great. Hopefully, we can get a bigger group this next year. The more riders, the better. We should all meet up for a beer or something the day before.
