"Take it to the limit- A motocycle odyssey" is the best by far. Mike Hailwood doing the IOM with camera on bike, Kenny Roberts racing the TZ750 on dirt, Barry Sheene road racing and every other form of motorcycle racing. This is dated (1980) but a must see movie.

Watched "Priest" last night. It's got some cool post-apocalyptic bike scenes.
In one scene it looked like the sheriff dude rolls-to-a-stop-puts-down-kickstand-and-steps-off, without touching a foot down. :-\

I haven't checked this thread since I posted in 2010, severl things were added.
Lot of the newer films may have had motorcyclesin them but they were really pretty crap (Mission Impossible 'duel' : )
CGI may be fun for know nothings, personally I found it offensive
Biker Boyz and Torque were the same ilk, trying to cash in on the 'stunta' crazy of the time
