I found these "Ichiban" videos you speak of...... Holy Crap, he can't be serious. Some of the stuff he comes up with is ablsolutly insane! It is like a train wreck you can't look away!

I'm not doing anything remotely close to the crap he is coming up with, his is very poor fabrication and retarted ideas!! Yes, a foot clutch/ jockey shift isn't the smartest idea i've come up with. But the idea intrigue's me. I'll design it in a way that I can put it back to standard configuration. If my idea, goes full r-tard!!

Alright new plan. Make motorcycle work properly, then if the desire is still there modify it accordingly!

All tongue in cheek.....You really think the bike will run at all? Ever? The carbs alone had me crying I was laughing so hard.

The tools he uses alone is hysterical....

I wasn't implying you were actually following the Ichiban plan, but I think Ichiban will be a euphemism for all the mistakes people make....

Ichiban is a comic genius.

I gotcha, those are some pretty high quality tools he owns! I prefer to glue my carbs as well. I knew I was doing something wrong! ;)
Now back to patiently waiting for my frame.

Can't wait to see this go together. Hadn't seen the progress in a while, keep it up!

Me either! I was in a hurry up and wait process!! And I'm not a patient person when it comes to waiting! I have everything except cables, those will be made after it's all together! This project is almost a year in the making!! But I think it will be well worth the time spent!!

Re: Bucky's '74 CB360 Hardtail Bobber Build~"Root Beer float"

Did a little more work today on it. Chain tensioner I designed installed, coils mounted and headlight switch mounted below the speedo, battery and r/r mounted. Now I just need to wire it before I have my cables made for it.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery ;)

Re: Bucky's '74 CB360 Hardtail Bobber Build~"Root Beer float"

Got my fuel lines ran last night. And started wiring. I wanted to "vintage" up my wiring a bit. So I made my own cloth wire loom. I took 550 paracord pulled the insides out then slide it over the wire and heat shrink the ends closed. Takes allot longer to do, but the think the extra effort will be worth it.
