Only works if you don't have a limited slip diff though haha.

A limited slip differential prevents both wheels from spinning at different rates. If one wheel is off the ground and the other on the rollers, it will work just fine.

Even worse with all wheel drive cars like my CR/V. You would have to have all four wheels jacked up. There are clutches in both differentials and between the front and rear.

I believe that that style of roller has now been banned by all race organizations. Everyone uses a small motor driving a Kart wheel or electric roller starter type depending on budget and size of pit crew. I just run and bump mine.
