Had some time in the garage to finish up my 2-1 exhaust. There were some black friday deals @ summit racing so I grabbed an O2 sensor and gauge for cheap.. When the sensor is not in use, ill be using the bung for a case evacuation system. I still have some designing to do there.
Also changed the position of the oil cooler and pressure gauge to work with the 2-1...
I have been looking for intake manifolds i have a 76 cb200 and i have vm22 to run they are spigot mounted on both sides do you have and idea where to get them thanks.
The weather broke this weekend so I spent some time relaxing in the shop.
I'm almost done with my crankcase evacuation canister. I just need a check valve to the canister. I'm thinking of picking up a brake booster valve. I don't know if it can handle the heat...
Very nice! Love the paint and the fab on the 2-1 is sweet! Where are you at in pit? I'm up in beaver. Some of us 'Burghers should get together and have a couple beers and bs.
Made some phenolic spacers for the carburetor manifolds. The added length changed the idle characteristics for the better.
It's a bit smoother of an idle.
Making them was pretty toxic, they needed to be drilled slowly so it wouldnt burn... They chewed through a spade bit. I recommend wearing a dust mask, if not something better.
But they look good and insulate the carbs from heat well.
