Electrical diagram proofread??

Horn and headlight on the same 7A fuse is getting close to the limit. I'd make use of the spare slot in the box and run the horn on it's own circuit. The idea behind using a relay is to avoid circuit sharing anyway.

Would I be better off using relays for the hi/low beam also? The SPDT rocker switch i'm looking at using is 15a rated.

Headlight, horn, and coils all benefit from relays, but to a different extent. Running thicker gauge wire often has a similar effect. In your diagram, I wouldn't worry about any relays, though. Just run power through the fuse box (again, on its own circuit) directly to the horn and then run from the horn's ground side to the horn button.

Ok, Hopefully last revision!

Oops... forgot to mention this earlier, but traditionally the R/R runs straight to the positive terminal of the battery and not after the fuse box.

My apologies... one more change:

The white and yellow wires on the alternator weren't spliced properly in the diagram. The R/R only has two AC inputs.

This is such an easy diagram to follow. Thanks for sharing this. Would you mind doing one with everything except the electric start.

Thank you. I'm glad it is easy to follow.

I wish I could help you with adding electric start to the diagram. Hopefully one of the other electrical guru's could help you out. Electrical isn't my strong suit! ???
