Father Son 75 CB200T Rise From the Ruins

Yes. Yours may also have alignment holes (look like balancing holes but can be used to slide a pair of rods through for assembly. The crank still needs to be trued after assembly of course but it gets close.

Can the fly wheels be indexed and scribed one time with 180, 270, 276
(Kop) so that they can be disassembled and reassembled at a later date and if they are lightened and balanced for a 360 do they need to be rebalanced for a 270
Etc.?

A lot of photos please.
Any recommendation on jig design teazer? I'm guessing that a fairly good one is going to help reassembly
You'll need them balanced everytime they're opened

Well the car guys didn't want to do it so they referred us to Roy who has a 700hp Suzuki drag bike and he told us how to do it so we picked up a 20 ton press from HF and we need to use our new torch to cut a notch in some half inch plate...to be continued :)

So we left Roy who was practicing welding aluminum on a casing he blew up and we walked into HF and the 20 ton went on sale for 150 bucks for March so we found a place for it

Rod length 103.5 flyweel pin is 26mm, the piston pin is 15mm, and the bottom conrod is 32mm, 80mm between both

We removed the bearing to expose the flywheel pin. We marked the pin like Teazer said with 3 scribe marks (left side picture)

Because the collar for the main bearings was so close to the pin we couldn't use a socket as we were told by Roy and Kop said not to use a socket unless it was black oxide so we pulled the screw out of a clamp

the flywheel pin is 26mm. The piston pin is 15mm the roller bearing opening in the conrod is 32mm and the distance between both is 80mm. So 7.5 + 16 + 80 = 103.5 mm for conrod length and it's width is 14mm both top and bottom.

We ordered a 37.5mm polini velocity stack and it fits the Superhawk pw26 carbs.

We spent the evening with our buddy Benjamin spinning some copper. We worked on a bell mouth with no taper for practice.

My wife asked me what else we could use a press for... We haven't forgot how far we have come and how far we still have to go! http://youtu.be/MO1jjOSkpms but we are still having a blast!

Nice! Any idea what a set of those would run?
