Great looking 650! I always love pics of a finished bike with owners riding it! I F^&%$in love my 650, the power surprises me all the time! Any advice with the knee dents now that you've done em? I'd like to get a salvaged tank and try it.
Yeah I want to know the jets too i have a KZ550, on the z1 site I can only find jets for mikuni carbs. Are those the one to be used on kawasaki motors?
If you've got a 550, you've got the "dreaded" Taikei carbs. The pilots have NO replacements of any sort. Mikuni main jets will work, but I can't remember the whole deal. Check this website here for more info.
I've been trying to remember what size I used. I'm almost positive I've got 105's. I was going to go with the dynaflow kit from Z1 but I talked to them and the recommended just 105s for my application, since I wasn't looking for race power.
