I got my 750 from a guy up in your neck of the woods last feb. Too cool. Before i found this sweet site, i always wondered if there were any other cafe/ vintage bike guys in my neck of the woods!

Looks like im picking another bike. Found an '82 Yamaha virago 750 at a price no one could let pass. Now I can take my time on the cb750

Mines in a million pieces right now. Need new exhaust tires wire harnessand a seat. Hoping to have it built by june...til then i will be stealing my buddies 2005 ninja!

I took my carbs apart last night and holy batshit they were filthy. I should have took pics of them before we started cleaning them up. I guess 12 year old gas really isn't good for them.

LOL nice. Mine looked like they had zinc oxide build up inside when I bought the bike initially. XJ650 hitachi carbs parts aren't exactly easy to come by and converting to mikuni is $$. I'm having trouble justifying the dumping of anymore money into a driveshaft-driven bike. I want chain drive.
