Hoosier DTT Crew

My friend still has several of the patches already made up if anyone is interested. She asked me to send out a reminder that she'll take $10 for them.

So I'm going to have to sell my 1975 cl360 cafe/scrambler. I don't know the mileage off the top of my head (30k something). I just had knee surgery and move to Indy and have no where to work on it now and a very large doctors bill to pay. It ran great before I moved up here but now its only running on one cylinder. The cause of that is because I melted a plug wire by it resting on the scrambler pipes when I took it for a ride. I will throw in the new plug wires and at least 4 bins of old parts, clymers manual, no school choppers axel mounted tail light and frame and a couple trickle chargers. I have over $2,000 in extras in the bike not including what I payed for the bike.

I think this is quite the steal!
Title in hand.

I'm looking to get at least $1,500 for it. Call me and come check it out! Need it gone ASAP.

There is a fairly active FB group for vintage bike riders. Look up Indianapolis Vintage. Bunch of interesting bikes and riders represented.

Won't replace DTT, but more wrenches and riders can't be bad.

Whats crackin Midwest! Been a hot minute since i posted here. Well my winter '76 cb750 cafe project looks like its going to be 2012 project...i hate when money runs out for the build...so its on a pause. Put her back to a roller for now. Just need to finish up the engine, paint, a few small things here and there and i got my 2 wheeler back!

Always interested to ride with others, and I'm glad to be on this forum!

Anybody head to MotoGP or any of the events surrounding it? I know there is a bike show in Speedway on Main St on Friday night Aug 17th. Jordan and I plan to head to Motorcycles on Meridian Sat. night and then to the race on Sunday.

What's wrong with your electrical system? Is it the stock system/wiring harness?

Nothin much....everything's stock...only wanting to run headlight and these two guys (http://www.harrisonspecialties.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=HS&Product_Code=Black_MB_Red&Category_Code=MiniB)

Which means I need this guy....(http://www.harrisonspecialties.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=HS&Product_Code=SmartFlash&Category_Code= )

I just don't know where to begin....ya follow? Are you good with these electronics? I'm just now putting her back together...should be starting on the electronics this weekend.

The harness itself is not being used...I have a battery box little dealio crafted (actually in the bottom right hand corner of this picture)....I shall post some pictures for you all tomorrow night or later in the week.

Got my new carb last night, should have the motor back in the bike tonight. All goes well I'll be ready to ride down to Indy saturday, new clutch fiber discs, new brake lines, and new carb. Always seems my bike is in pieces days before I'm supposed to go somewhere on it.

Mine was the same way...had to reset the carb slides "bench sync" to fix a high idle issue and was able to get downtown Saturday night by about 7:45pm. It rode great the next day to the track and back as well.
