Hey, awesome build i worked my way to yours after reading speedbumps build and im in love with both.
I that a 150 tire in the rear?

hey man sorry for the delayed response. yes that is a 150 rear, the widest I could go in that swinger without chain rub ive been told. what a summer, new house, busy at work, BUT AT LONG LAST, I have my 450 back in my possession, some following along knew it was over on the other side of the state with a friend who was going to do the rear subframe and tail section. but with different ideas in mind I have decided to go in another direction with the rear of the bike. so anyways.. have some work ahead of me consisting of getting the rear subframe worked in, lowering the rear upper shock mount significantly to optimize swingarm travel, getting the rear sets from the cbr1k mounted, and make the exhaust.. picked up some nice stands yesterday as well.

Man proud to see the progress... and your right here in Grand Rapids ... I definitely wanna see in person when finished guy.... Keep up the good work
 
wow man... i dug up this thread today hoping to see a finsihed pic of this build... dang man i was stoked to see how it came out
 
Man its such a bummer to learn that you are selling. did you complete the bike, any photos of how she looks now??
