Yeah, I would've kept the Nighthawk.

Slightly better pic

It's an 82 CX500. It's in much better shape than the NIghthawk, has 12,000 fewer miles, and 1/4 of the rust. If I want a smokin' ride, I'll jump on my Monster 696 :D

Haven't bought them yet but hoping to stop by Town Moto on my way home today and slip a pair on. Armored, reinforced, waterproof and comfortable. Hoping to wear them to the Spring Thaw.

Tim what brand are those and what price range do the run. I want to get something like those for commuting. My big hiking boots get old quick having to untie and re-tie to get my over pants etc off and walking around the office in them is loud.

I working on one of these, was in much worse shape than yours looks to be. There are known issues on CX's but from what I have found they were mostly factory corrected for the 82 up model years.

TCX X-Streets. About $140.

Thanks, I will google them and see if any dealers in NH have them, I want to try em on, don't want to order online.

Edit.

Only dealer listed is in Newmarket NH, I will be in the area next weekend so that is cool. I like the look of those boots a lot.

Personally I'm not a fan of anything that laces unless it has some sort of security flap.
Things get pretty 'interesting' when lace gets caught on brake or gear change at lights/junctions ;)

Cowboy boots.

Anyhow I think those shoes have elastic laces.

Wiping drool off my phone

Always liked the A65L, much better looking than Triumph, plus being newer design made more power (52bhp vs 46 for Bonneville)

Not even remotely as exciting as Buckeye's BSA. But my racetech springs and gold valve emulators came in for the XS.
Damn that is one sweet BSA!!!

What a sweet score. Congratulations!!!!

Velocity stack for the SR250.

Not as nice as the BSA or the Gun but I am very happy with it.

Surffly, I have a Savage O/U in .17hmr / 20 gauge. Extremely versatile gun.

Got a RAM mount for my cell phone today. Now I can use the GPS when I ride:
