Half 'n half. The tank can't weigh much more than 5-6 pounds.

oh my.....that's is gorgeous! Whats the plan for the wideline? Any pics? Build thread??? I have a buddy with 2 wideline bikes. One Manx Norton, one Manx Frame with a Velo KTT motor!

Thanks- it turned out to be a good purchase- never know what you are going to get . . .

The Wideline is due for a makeover and I think I am going to run this tank on it when that happens.

The one on the right:

Found a local guy with some Brit Bits... I have been wanting a top yoke to try to modify for "Stay Clean" without the expense of a pristine original... $20 and no shipping. Plus I made another contact. :)
Barn find fresh, looks like ass in the pic but threads look great and should bead blast nicely and ready for cutting /welding

Thanks ted! Got em from somebody on here. 1 Question about em though, as I have no experience with vintage parts like this: are they supposed to have that weld running across them or do you guys think they've been modified?

They've been modified. Those are Tomaselli adjustable clipons. I run them on my XS. Someone must have worn them out and couldn't get them to stay tight any longer so they welded them in place. So while it looks like you can still adjust the angle of the bars on one plane, somewhat parallel to the ground, you can't adjust them in the other direction to control the angle of the bars up and down.

Still better than having bars completely locked in place and for $40 shipped you can't go wrong. Those are $120 or so new.

When I totted up the cost of having all my various projects blasted, it was going to be over £300, plus having to take them, collect them etc.,
Bought this little gem for £90 !

A new seat on that Kawasaki and it will be MINT! Also Beach that thing is worth it's weight in gold
...I got myself this for an Xmas present....

I'll prob buy a few parts before selling it.

Cool! Thanks for the info Tim. If they are on the same plane as the fork tubes that'll be fine with me. I can make it work, and I'm not terribly picky about handlebar position anyway. Think I should file those welds smooth or just leave them?
